1. Teenuse kirjeldus

Hangete Radar on AI-pohine platvorm Eesti avaliku sektori hangete avastamiseks, jalgimiseks ja analuusimiseks. Teenus agregeerib avalikult kattesaadavaid riigihankeandmeid ja pakub AI-kokkuvotteid, nutikaid soovitusi ja turuanaluusi.

2. Tellimuse tasemed

Pakume jargmisi tasemeid:

• Prooviperiood (Trial): 14-paevane tasuta prooviperiood koigi funktsioonidega.
• Starter: pohi-funktsioonid piiratud AI-kokkuvotete ja profiilide arvuga.
• Pro: taiustatud funktsioonid, sealhulgas kohesed teavitused ja rohkem AI-kokkuvotteid.
• Business: piiramatu ligipaaas koigile funktsioonidele.

3. Prooviperiood ja automaatne pikendamine

Prooviperiood kestab 14 paeva alates konto registreerimisest. Parast prooviperioodi loppu konverteeritakse teie konto valitud tasandile. Tellimus uueneb automaatselt iga arveldusperioodi lopus, kui te seda eelnevalt ei tuhistha.

4. Andmete tapsus

Meie teenus agregeerib avalikult kattesaadavaid andmeid Eesti riigihangete registrist. Kuigi me puuame tagada andmete tapsust, ei vastuta me andmete taielikkuse ega ajakohasuse eest. AI-kokkuvotted on informatiivsel eesmarkil ja ei asenda ametlikke hankedokumente.

5. Oiglane kasutamine

Kasutaja kohustub:

• Kasutama teenust ainult seaduslikel eesmarkidel
• Mitte kasutama automaatseid tooriistu teenuse uleliigseks parimiseks
• Mitte jagama oma kontoteavet kolmandatele isikutele
• Mitte sekkuma teenuse normaalsesse tootamisse

6. Konto lopetamine

Voime peatada voi lopetada teie konto, kui rikute neid kasutustingimusi. Voite oma konto igal ajal kustutada, vottes uhendust meie klienditoega.

7. Vastutuse piiramine

Hangete Radar ei vastuta kaudsete, juhuslike ega erakordsete kahjude eest, mis tulenevad teenuse kasutamisest. Meie maksimaalne vastutus on piiratud teie poolt viimase 12 kuu jooksul makstud teenustasude summaga.

Hangete Radar is an AI-powered platform for discovering, monitoring, and analyzing Estonian public procurements. The service aggregates publicly available procurement data and provides AI summaries, smart matching, and market intelligence.

2. Subscription Tiers

• Trial: 14-day free trial with full feature access.
• Starter: basic features with limited AI summaries and profiles.
• Pro: advanced features including instant alerts and more AI summaries.
• Business: unlimited access to all features.

3. Trial & Auto-Renewal

The trial lasts 14 days from account registration. After the trial, your account converts to your selected tier. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance.

4. Data Accuracy

Our service aggregates publicly available data from the Estonian public procurement register. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the data. AI summaries are for informational purposes only and do not replace official procurement documents.

5. Fair Use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Do not use automated tools to excessively scrape the service
• Do not share your account credentials with third parties
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the service

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hangete Radar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
